Jump Caylea Girl

Caylea finally decided to jump from the outside of the pool instead of the steps. She still had to wear her floaties of course - little steps everyday it seems! Way to go my Caylea- bug!

After all the excitement we decided it was time for lunch :)

The girls have made some friends, I am sitting here with Caden while he finishes his lunch. We will probably spend most of the day at the pool since Anthony is working and then has a business dinner this evening!

I just love my life!

Oh I am so excited to be going to Oklahoma next week! Yay! I am meeting some family at turner falls on the way that should be a blast! Great way to start our Oklahoma visit!

Edited :)

Jumping without floaties later in the afternoon! Way to go girls!

Oldies but Goodies

We haven't been doing much the last few days really. The weather has been so great it's been cloudy and I don't think it even hit 90 yesterday or today!

Yesterday we had our family pictures taken by olen mills. I don't have them yet of course however here are my three right after.

Last time we had our family pictures taken this is what we looked like

After our pictures yesterday we went to eat at TaMolly's. God has truly blessed me! I mean look at this bunch!

My sisters rock! Actually my whole family rocks but my sisters are super special! I couldn't love them anymore that I do and I am so thankful for each one of them. Even here in Louisiana I know we are all bad about calling each other but I know if they need me or I need them we would drop everything to help each other. Of course that goes for just a chat also! I need to call them more than I do!!

I occasionally get on my old myspace account just to look at all the baby pictures (since all of the originals are on disks in my closet and I never print anything). I found these today. Look how little my babies were! Caden will be 4 in a few short weeks! I can not believe it! It truly is bitter sweet! I love him so much now but I would love to just squeeze the baby him for a few minutes (or an hour!) ~ Of course that goes for all three of them!~

Beware of Phone Pictures

So today Monday June 20 Carolina lost her second tooth. Of course we ate lunch at McAlister's to celebrate. Okay well not really to celebrate we just love it there!

After Lunch we went to super cuts because my little Caden boy needed a hair cut. Doesn't he look so handsome!

A picture of the kids in front of church yesterday. I just love these 3 they bring such joy to this Mommy's heart!

Last Wednesday night for the kids last night of Discovery. Mrs. Brenda asked what special snacks the kids could have I offered to make a cake. I had no intention of making a rainbow cake when I offered but when I pulled out the things to make it I just felt creative so I thought I would give it a try. I mean worse case it would be ugly but the kids wouldn't care because it would taste the same.

I found these pictures I meant to post before from vacation we loved this Little Italian ice cream shop.

One night they feel asleep downstairs on the couch.

Old Navy

First off I want to say our Old Navy in Bossier City stinks! Really it doesn't it is just super small! They are building a new one next to target but from what I have been told it's smaller!!!! YES! I know that makes no sense! I need to check Shreveport and see if they have a bigger one I just love Old Navy!

Anyways when I went the other day they had kids swim suits on sale for $7!! You know how much time we spend at the pool! My girls just had to have another one! They didn't have the right sizes in my favorite one. I thought this one was still super cute though.

They also didn't have anything I liked for Caden there (he did get a new one on vacation though). Oh and I did get him two new rash guards to match two pairs of him swim shorts so he has 3 sets now also :)

Anyways I just wanted to share :) My girls love their new swim suits. We went to the pool for a hour or two between church services yesterday.

So if you have an Old Navy near you and your kids need swim suits you should check them out!

Here is a picture of Caden just because he is cute :)

Baby Teeth

Yesterday we went to the pool with Samantha and Saniyah our neighbors. It was a great day that almost didn't happen. Carolina woke up, came into the kitchen asked for breakfast and then threw up in the trash can. I then called Samantha to tell her maybe we shouldn't go and she offered to take Caylea and Caden and let Carolina eat and see how she does. I sent Caylea to the pool and got Carolina to drink some Gatorade and eat some crackers, she was fine. I think she just didn't eat enough the night before and we went swimming after dinner. So I think she was just overly hungry.

YAY! We met them up at the pool and swam for a while and then of course all of the kids started getting hungry. So I ran to McDonald's to pick us all up some lunch. Carolina started eating and the next thing I know she was holding a tooth! I am surprised by the one she lost because the two front were both terribly loose but the other one seemed to just barely be hanging on. She must of bitten something just right. As of today that other front tooth is still in Caroina's mouth.

Carolina did not really seem upset however she was freaked out enough not to get back into swimming really. She did play with her little barbie doll from her happy meal in the water for a short time though.

When we were all swam out I dropped my kids off back at home and got ready to go get a pedicure. I usually take my girls but I thought today was the day to go by myself. I went in wanting something different from my normal purple and pink choices. I chose orange. I just love orange. I never cared much for orange until I had a little boy. Even though he can't wear too much orange because his hair is redish it is his favorite color also! When I got home he was so excited to see my toes.

My husband called and told me the kids were all sleeping so to enjoy my time. I decided to go to Old Navy and spend my birthday money. It was fun!!!! I then went by wal-mart to get some food to grill. Anthony and the kids wanted shrimp and I wanted steak. It was so great. I also picked up a couple of movies.

It really was a Blessed Beyond Measure kind of day!

Swimming with . . .

Daddy

Otherwise known as Caden's wrestling buddy

The girls got to show off their new swimming skills

Just spending our days chilling out at the pool!

Snorkeling

These snorkel masks are what I credit for my girls finally being able to get their faces wet with no fear. Caylea fell into the pool at some apartments we lived in when she was very young. Every since then she was fearful of having her face wet.

If I would of known how much it would help them I would of gotten them last summer :) These pictures were taken a week or so ago before they started swimming under water.

These snorkels are also a pain in the the butt because they leak (the mask)! We have now gotten goggles for the kids, they work much better.

Swimming Girls

I am so proud of my girls. This has been a long time coming! Caylea could kind of swim last summer but she was too scared to really ever give it her all (kinda like riding a bike with no training wheels ~ which is her next battle). So over the last month or so the kids have been using snorkel's at the pool with their floaties/life jackets. Yesterday Carolina and Caylea asked to take off their floaties and I said yes but stay right here by me and where you can touch. So Carolina started just going under water. She was asking me to count and I could count to 10 which I thought was really good for the first time doing it. She then just started swimming around like a little fish under there! It was amazing. I told Caylea she could do that if she wanted to after all she was already going under water. So soon she tried it also!

Caden also wanted his life jacket off ~ he knows to stay on the steps now without it! He like always has to learn the hard way! BOYS! :) However he is great about going under water and popping back up and he also is doing great about remembering to stay on the steps. I got him and Carolina some regular floaties today for the pool so that he doesn't have to wear the bulky life jacket. It will give them much more freedom when they don't want to stay right by me.

I can't wait to take them again!

I uploaded a bunch of video's to my you tube channel tonight. Several from swimming yesterday. In case I haven't mentioned it I am so proud of my girls and I am so thankful that God blessed me to be their (and Caden's) mommy and that He gave us the ability for me to be a stay at home Mom and watch all of the firsts!

Happy 34th Birthday to Me!

My husband and my kids made my birthday extra special this year. I asked my husband for a few things for my camera so I ordered them off of amazon. I am so excited about this I have already got a few of the items in but haven't received it all. I can't wait to learn how to use the things I bought. He also said I could go to Old Navy ~ I asked if I could go get a few shirt I spent over $150. . .OOPS! I felt kinda bad so I was going to take back a few things after I tried them on. He said I didn't need to . . .How sweet was that!

So on my birthday I got to sleep in. I took the kids to the pool for the afternoon when I got home my husband surprised me with a cake, flowers and a card. Also my girls made me some awfully sweet cards. In the card from Anthony was $100 more dollars to spend at Old Navy. Which is so awesome because I saw a few more things I wanted but didn't want to spend too much :)

Our neighbors had offered to keep the kids so we could go out that night. However I had just started my Atkins back so I didn't really want to go out I wanted him to grill wings and we already had buffalo wild wing sauce. So we invited the neighbors over for dinner. It was so great!

If you have to move hundreds of miles away from your friends and family it's such a blessing to have such sweet and amazing neighbors. They even brought me a gift which I totally was not expecting at all. They know I love to take pictures so they got me some glass coasters that you put pictures in. I put pictures from vacation in them they look so nice! Our neighbors also brought over the rest of the food all we provided was water(lol), wings and cake.

I got so many birthday wishes from friends and family on facebook and text. I have to say it was one of my most amazing birthday's. If not the best!

Here are some phone pictures. I didn't take any with my camera. I am so thankful that Samantha (Saniyah's Mom) thought to take pictures or I wouldn't have any from the night. I just wish I had gotten some of our guests!
