July 4th

July 4th we went to Turner Falls State Park with Anthony's cousin Melissa, her husband Daniel and their kids Taylor and Ryan.  It was a great day filled with fun, water and sweat! LOL really it was super hot.  Still though it was a very fun day one I do not think any of us will soon forget!

Taylor climbed with the kids and I up and through the castles so cool to think that people really did use to live in them.  Especially considering when you think what their view and surroundings looked like.  Even more beautiful back then than today I am sure!

After we rounded it up at Turner falls we headed back to Melissa and Daniels.  The kids played while Daniel grilled us some delicious dinner!  He really is an awesome cook!

Then it was time to head out for fireworks.  Since we wanted to avoid large crowds we went up to the church parking lot.  We could see UCO's display from there.  

All piled in the back of Anthony's truck like sardeans.

Such a great day with family!  Thank you God for blessing us! Thank you to all the service men and women who put their lives on the line to protect us and keep the country free! 

Happy 5th Birthday Baby Boy

I can hardly believe that my baby boy is 5 years old!  

This is Caden July 4, 2007 the day we left the hospital with our 2 day old son.

 We love you so much and have enjoyed the last 5 years with you. You bring such joy to our family and you have became such an awesome little man!

For lunch Caden wanted CiCi's pizza

He only ate a bunch of tomatoes.

Spent the day running around doing things Caden wanted to do.  Made a trip by a friends house.  

Went to pick up Daddy and then Caden chose McAlisters for dinner.  

I let him pick anything off of the menu instead of only the kids menu.

He chose broccoli and cheese soup.  YUMMY!

Then we went to Toys r us so Caden could pick out a gift.  He chose this really cool BIG Thor hammer that lights up, makes noise and shoots a dart type thing out of the end.  We also picked him up two leapster games.  He has been wanting the star wars one forever.  So we got that one and the Leap Frog Kindergarten game.

Then we went to Braums and Caden got his very first Braums Sunday.  He loved it.  

He told us several times that today was the best day!  He told me he wishes it could be this day everyday!

Oklahoma Birthday Parties and Chicken Pox?

While in Oklahoma we had a birthday party with our family and close friends for Caylea and Caden.  It was such a great time seeing everyone!  Caden and Caylea had a wonderful time running around playing in the water with their cousins and friends!  We could not have asked for a better turn out! 

Then Carolina woke up with puss filled soars all over!  I took her to the doctor.  The doctor though possible chicken pox.  However it was later discovered that my Mom sprayed for flea's because there are stray cats around her trailer and the flea's must of made it into the house.  Carolina had a reaction similar to this when we first got Misty and she had flea's.   Thankfully she cleared up with no further complications.

I have also decided that now that I did it once. . .it is okay to post phone pictures sometimes. . .hopefully not too often but again today! :)
