Colorado Fishing

This was our last day in Colorado.  We stayed around the cabin most of the day.  The kids enjoyed just running around outside playing and enjoying nature.  The adults worked on some projects and cleaned up for our early trip back home the next morning.  

The kids really wanted to fish again in Colorado.  We went to this little pond.  I am not sure of it's name but it was by the restaurant we had had breakfast at one day.  We did not catch any fish but we all had a good time! 

Eleven Mile Canyon

The eleven mile canyon was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen!  This place more than any other made me with I had a wide angle lens!  I still got some gorgeous pictures but I would of been able to capture so much more if I had had a wider lens with me!

After some fishing and a nice picnic lunch the kids wanted to climb up the side of the canyon.

Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds and Pictures of My Kids

We made the most of our vacation to Colorado.  Chris had gone to his family cabin his whole life so he knew a lot of cool places to go visit.  Anthony had been to Colorado before but the kids and I had never been.  It was such a beautiful vacation and I totally loved their weather!

On this morning we went to the Manitou Cliff Dwellings.  It was a neat little place especially to realize that people actually lived in the side of mountains like that and how nice they looked.  They are actually made in the side of the cliff! 

Then we headed to The Cave of the Winds!  Outside the cave was beautiful all by itself!

It was very neat inside the cave.  Although as you can imagine because of light most of the pictures did not turn out.  Here are a few of my favorites!

This was on a Wednesday so Chris and the kids went to church.  The kids hanging out before the Bell's left!

My kiddos and I went on a little hike up Mt. Ester.  Actually not far up the mountain Caden had to use the restroom and not the kind of restroom you can do on a mountain!  

We went far enough up to get some great pictures and make some awesome memories though!
