Your gonna miss this . . .moment

My Your Gonna Miss This. . .Moment this week is kinda two-fold.

I look back at my childhood and my Grandma Apple plays a big role in the happy times that I remember. I already miss spending more time with her. I hope it's a long time away but I know that she is getting older and someday won't be here. Just the thought of that makes me want to cry. I long so much for my kids to have a Grandparents like I did that just make them feel loved and special. I think that most of the time we went to stay the night with Grandma it was just one of us so that alone coming from a family with 4 kids gave you one on one attention. Oh and the love it is unconditional!

I know that God has blessed us by putting people in our lives that love our kids. Their Auntie Brandy and Amanda get to spend a lot of time together and my kids love them to death. Anthony's Aunt Patsy is such a blessing in their lives also I know that she loves the kids and I know that they love her. God has blessed them. . .God has blessed all of us with great family, friends and a great church family.

The other part is that little baby in the picture. Although I miss all of my kids being babies I think I will miss Caden's baby day's the most. Probably because he is my last baby and I have tried so hard to cherish, hang on, absorb every moment of it. For I knew from past experience that time was fleeting and he would soon be growing up. I think the Birthday of my nephew Alex being today has got me thinking. My son is almost 2 years old. I can hardly believe it.

Caden and Carolina it's hard to believe that she was his age when he was born. . .I don't think I realized I had two babies at the same time.

Caden the day we left the hospital he was not suppose to be born till after July 4th so two great friends of mine went and got him this cute little shirt to celebrate his first holiday. . .Although all we did was go home.
