Yesterday was Caylea's first day to be back in school. It went well. She is such a smart girl! She is a little ahead so we waited until after Labor day to start. She had started first grade sometime last winter so we are in middle of working on that right now. I think as Caylea's teacher I have figured out a little review time for math especially is in order considering we went all summer with very little math talk. Caylea loves to read and all of that came flowing back as she worked on her school work. It's only the math we are going to take a break from at least until monday and review, review, review. . .build up some confidence and then move forward. If that does not work my friend uses a program called math u see that I will look into getting for Caylea. Her boys love it!
Other than that we have been just been hanging with friends and family, we made a zoo trip and park trip last week. We had a wonderful time at the Light Brigade Bash on Saturday. Also on Saturday we enjoyed some family and friends joining us for the OU football game. . .we do not have to talk about how that ended. It's been so busy around here but fun and I am enjoying everyday of being a mommy to my 3 blessings! I hope you are enjoying your many blessings also my friends! Until later!
