Baby Shower, Anniversary Celebration and a whole lot of cake

Yesterday was my sister's baby shower, little Elizabeth will be here the beginning of June. I can't wait to have another niece. I have always loved babies and getting to be a part of my nieces and nephews everyday lives just brings a joy to me heart. Little Elizabeth is already so loved but once she gets here I know quite a few cousins (and a brother) that are going to be itching to get their hands on her.

Amanda, Aaron and Sam are going to have so much fun with little Elizabeth. The shower was so nice and we had such a great showing of support and love from family and friends. My sisters and I were raised as a close loving family so it is so nice when we can feel the warmth and love from the family (blood and church) that God has given us.


Speaking of family look at this picture I took of my girls with my cousins little girl Liafail. I so wish that my girls got the chance to play with this little cutie more often. I don't have an exact figure for how often I saw Blythe and my other cousins but I know it was at least several times a month. Boy oh Boy and did we have some fun!


Rae made this cake it turned out so very sweet and cute. . .I have also got to say she makes the best choclate cake in the world so better grab a bite when you get the chance. After the baby shower we headed over to another party. It was the celebration of 50 years of marriage for Anthony's Grandpa Kenneth and Grandma Ina. It was a very nice time and I managed to have Caden in the same room with an egg filled cake and not loose my mind so I was very happy.

It was a very nice time. We all had a great time celebrating what is really very rare these days a marriage that lasts 50 years. Amazing!

Okay I used Bloggers service to load these pic's and edit this blog post. Not only do I not really like it . . .it took so long to get it done. Unless I have something special in mind I will be going back to my old friend photobucket to upload my pictures to and just do the old copy and paste method. Maybe if I hadn't wanted to share so many picture's it wouldn't of been so bad. . .who knows?
