Elizabeth update

I just got back from visiting my sister at the hospital. She is suppose to leave today . . .Elizabeth is doing about the same. Amanda said they should be doing an x-ray and some kind of heart murmur test today or tomorrow. Please pray for her and Aaron we went thru the whole NICU for 5 days thing with Carolina and I remember how scary it all is. . .we didn't have to leave Carolina I can only imagine what that feels like :(

There is a small chance that Amanda might be able to stay in the hospital not as a patient. She is kind of torn though she doesn't want to leave Elizabeth but she wants to be home for Sam also.

Amanda is so tired the whole pumping and going to feed and then staying as long as you can to see your baby and then going back to your room and trying to get a shower or a short nap only to repeat the same thing over again is really wearing on her. I remember when Carolina was in the NICU and pumping every three hours then taking it to her, feeding her, spending a little time her before going back to my room didn't leave much time for rest and after having a baby you really need some rest.

Oh and I didn't get to see Elizabeth today because this morning while I was there no one else was there and the kids can't go into the NICU of course. Amanda tells me she is wearing a cute little dress though :) I will be sure to get a picture if I go back up there today :)

On an exciting note Brandy wanted a little poly pool for Sarah for her birthday and I didn't think I was going to be able to find one around this late in the season but I did. I can't wait to take it to her at her party tonight. :) YEAH ME!!!
