Today we met the kids' Aunt Patsy and Grandma Ina up at the spray park. . .it was closed so we played for a little while and visited with Ina. Caden got his first (to my knowledge)swing on a tire swing. He loved it until he feel off. . .no worries though he is fine.
I now have plans to go to a puppet show at the library on Thursday and swimming at a free swimming pool on Friday. So fun! I didn't even know that there were free swimming pools and since it is questionable if Carolina and Caden will even get in a pool I do not want to pay to go to one.
That is of course after I get to meet my new niece Elizabeth tomorrow! I am so excited I can't wait to see her and all of her baby cuteness!
After our visit at the park we headed to the other spraygrounds recommended to us by someone who works for okc keeping the spraygrounds going. I am glad that we listened to her because the one we went to was nice. Patsy and I (oh and Caden) got a great bench in the shade! It was a very fun time for Carolina and Caylea. Both of the girls we way more brave than they were last time as far as getting wet and getting their faces wet. Caylea still holds her face down and although she doesn't mind getting her hair wet prefers for water not to spray directly on her face. Who can really blame her for that! Carolina some how managed to play in the water quite well and not get her hair very wet at all. Talent for sure!
Then it was home for naps :) I think my kiddos had a really good day :)
Tomorrow I am sure a blog will be posted with pictures and an update on my newest niece Miss Elizabeth Renee Mendoza!!!! I am way too excited :)
