Oatmeal Cream Pie's

Caylea wanted Oatmeal cream pie's for her birthday instead of cake. I spoke with a amazing friend and got a faboulous recipe for both the cookies and the icing.

Caylea helped me mix them and bake them.

Everyone enjoyed eating them the first one's were a little crunchy because I guessed on how long to cook them. . .(the recipe was for bars not cookies) after a text to my friend and a little trial and error I figured out how to make the perfect oatmeal cookie!
